AMBIO participated for the second time in Cardio Life Style 2025, held at Serafio on November 1–2, 2025, an initiative of the Hellenic Heart Foundation (ELIKAR), dedicated to promoting healthy living and heart care.
Together with HAPO and PRAXIS AQUACULTURE, we supported this year’s event with the aim of enhancing the extroversion and communication of the aquaculture industry with the general public, highlighting its contribution to sustainable nutrition and health.
During the “Blue Health and Heart” session, scientists and industry representatives highlighted the importance of Greek farmed fish, as well as the role of certification and responsible production in the diet of the future.
The session concluded with a tasting of fresh farmed Greek fish – courtesy of HAPO – highlighting their place in the Mediterranean diet and heart protection.
